Bridal Fitness: Tracy Anderson Arms

Hello Beauties

Getting fit is usually high on every bride’s priority list, especially with all of the beautiful mermaid and strapless style dresses.  The arms are one of the easiest and fastest areas to tone, so I am sharing my favorite workout from the guru herself, Tracy Anderson.  She is a master and I do this workout three times a week, after my 5:30am spin classes (psycho, I know).  The video can be tricky so don’t be discouraged if you need to take a breath to readjust and get your form back.
